5 of our users have reported having issues uploading orders to the cloud this morning (17/11/2014) from various locations.Please advise if any known problem

One of our service providers had an outage between 10:45 and 13:45 today which meant that the bacapps.co.uk domain name appeared offline to some users (we didn't post this issue on the forum as those affected by the issue would not have been able to access the forum at all).
This issue has been rectified so your users should now be able to synchronise their devices with the cloud.
Apologies for any inconvenience this outage caused.
