Support for the Blue Alligator applications

I have a series of catalogues uploaded. As an agent, I use a catalogue for each of the vendors I carry. Some vendors have images some don't. However, Just added a vendor no images yet and now when I select this new vendors catalogue the application closes. The other vendors catalogues seem to work correctly. Any ideas on what I may have missed?

We've run some tests against your cloud data (you may notice that the "last processed" time recorded on your account is now earlier today).
You have some spurious characters in some of your product codes. These are extended ASCII characters and therefore will appear in your spreadsheet as spaces, but they're not really spaces. This is causing Sales Presenter to throw a wobbly.
We will look into the ability to automatically strip out these characters from any uploaded files during the "process files" stage, but you should really look to remove these characters from your CSV files in the first instance.

Admin, removed the ASCII characters and all seems to be well now.... Thank you!
Just a note to all, if using second party data at any stage, always be sure you know what you are getting. Not all parties are competent enough to deliver a required standard. I hope that makes sense?
