Hi,
Is there a way for Sales Presenter to automatically pick up an update on a current image?
At present we are having to delete the current image from the cloud before the new updated image is visible in Sales Presenter.

Since you're a CloudSync user, updates to images should be being automatically uploaded to your cloud account from your system. However, I suspect that it's this upload that's failing (rather than a subsequent download from the cloud to the iPad). Looking at your cloud account, you're very close to your storage limit (currently set to 2.5GB) and this may be why the upload is failing.
Are you able to perform any housekeeping on your cloud storage area to free up some space?
