I have upgraded to iOS8 and installed the latest version of Sales Presenter (v1.4.1).
Many of our products have PDFs associated with them. When I press the PDF button below the relevant image the PDF opens, but sometimes it is completely blank. I have tried this on another user's iPad (also iOS8 and SP 1.4.1) and the PDFs all seem to open as expected.
I have already tried a Full Download (having wiped SP from my iPad to install iOS8...), but that hasn't solved the problem.
Is this likely to be specific to my device and how might i test/resolve it?

It is an issue with any movie or PDF files that have been downloaded with version 1.4.1 of Sales Presenter.
We have a certain amount of control cloud-side in this area so, as a test, can you go to the Manage PDFs section of your cloud account and use the Refresh Modified Time option on a PDF. Then perform a normal download on your iPad and check whether you can view the PDF ok. If this works then you will need to use the same option on all the PDF and movie files in your cloud account to re-download them to the iPad.
Please note that this will mean that the files will be re-downloaded to all your devices when your reps next perform a download so, if you have a lot of PDF or movie files, you may want to advise that they don't perform their next download via 3G while on the road.
