Once I create a new account on my iPad the details are sent to the office. I can then update my ipad with the correct account code for this account when the office has put this into the data. How do I then delete the new account on my ipad that has the account code of several numbers?

If you have created a new customer account within Sales Presenter, you can delete that account via the Customer Enquiry screen as long as there are no orders for the account (although you can delete the orders first then delete the customer account).

Hi
Has this feature changed? One of our reps has reported they can no longer delete locally created customers at all.
I've just tried on my device, set up a new customer, not entered any orders, highlight the customer in the dropdown search, but the Delete feature is greyed-out. It's been a while since I tried this, so I may have missed something...
Thanks
Simon

This feature hasn't changed.
The delete button is only available when working in landscape mode. In the customer dropdown box the delete button will always be greyed out.

Well, you learn something new every day!! That's worked fine. Thanks for the quick response.

Hi
(I've only just realised that the delete button is now on the Addresses tab a customer)
If a rep has added new customers to his iPad, what would prevent him deleting those customers? One rep has 4 customers he wants to tidy-up, but "delete" is greyed-out on two of them.
Thanks
Simon

The only thing that would prevent a user from deleting a new customer account created within SalesPresenter would be if there are orders against the account. However, if you delete the orders against the account first, the option to delete the account will become available.

Many thanks for your reply. The rep has now successfully deleted the relevant accounts
