Hi,
I have data in my 'Products' file in the 'Min Order Qty' column (column n in my file), which isn't currently being displayed on the iPad within product details.
I went to configuration and tried adding the field 'Minimum Quantity' to the display, but that didn't pull through the data from column n of the 'Products' file.
Please can you help?
Thanks,
Jo

It sounds like your MinOrdQty field is not mapped correctly. If you go to Field Mappings for the Product file in the File Mappings section of your cloud account, then you can check that the MinOrdQty field is mapped to the right column.

Hi,
I have data in my 'Products' file in the 'Min Order Qty' field and they are currently being displayed on the iPad within the product details.
I set up the rule to not allow the entering of Quantity lower than 'Min Order Qty' but the App keeps accepting quantity lower than the 'Min Order Qty' while it does work perfectly rejecting quantity that are not a Multiple Order Quantity.
Could you please help?
Thanks,

The following option (found in the Configuration > Order Entry section of your cloud account) that you've already set to "Don't let the user order the quantity" affects only the quantity box in the product detail screen during order entry in SalesPresenter.
Action to take when the user attempts to order less than the minimum order quantity for the product
The following option (found in the Configuration > Order Types section of your cloud account) should also be switched on to ensure that the Plus/Minus buttons also adhere to the Minimum Order Quantity specified for the product:
Tick this box if you want Rapid Entry and the Plus/Minus buttons to observe minimum order quantities during order entry.
By default, order quantities are increased or decreased decreased by either 1 of the current entry unit or by the order multiple (as configured elsewhere).
Using this option ensures that the resulting ordered quantity doesn't fall below the minimum order quantity set for the product. When increasing the ordered quantity, it will be bumped up automatically if it is below the minimum. When decreasing the ordered quantity it will be set to zero (effectively taking it off order) if it falls below the minimum.
Observe minimum order quantities (available from version 1.5.0 of Sales Presenter)
