The cloud and CloudCart systems will be unavailable between 15:00 (BST) and 16:00 on Thursday 17 July in order to update the versions of Cloud Manager and CloudCart.
Users will not be able to log into their cloud account, CloudCart account or synchronise their devices with the cloud during this time.

Since your maintenance work overnight, you have caused issues with our Reps orders being uploaded via cloud to our back office. Can you resolve this ASAP?

Details of the additions to the order download facility can be found under the GetUnexportedOrder method in the BlueAlligatorCloudWebServiceReference documentation available in the Downloads section of the website - https://www.bacapps.co.uk/downloads.php
You may want to bring the following extract from the above documentation to the attention of the developer of your order import program:
"As the Blue Alligator cloud and Sales Presenter systems evolve we will periodically add new fields to the order details being retrieved by this method.
For details being retrieved in the CSV format any new fields will be added to the end of a record. Your order import process should be developed in such a way that it simply ignores any additional fields that may appear at the end of a record."
If the developer of your order import program observes the guidelines above, then your interface should continue to work even when we add functionality to the order download facility in the cloud.
