This is a known issue in Sales Presenter version 1.3.9 that has been rectified in version 1.4.0 which is now available in the iTunes App Store.
We recommend users subscribe to the Sales Presenter Version History topic, where we detail all of the changes we've made to the application: http://www.bacapps.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?id=26
