Uploaded CustomerAccounts.CSV but fields not parsed properly

Hi,

We've just uploaded the customerAccounts csv file, which contains 2455 lines, with total of 8 fields mapped.   (2455 customers)

However, after processing, the file mapping page shows this file with more than double the amount of active records.


After downloading on the Ipad end.  It shows only 162 customers, most of them with jumbled data.

I guess this is due to the use of "," commas in many of the fields in our database.    However, our "item" field in our product list also contains "," commas, yet we've had not problems with that part of the app.

Looks like its an issue with carriage return character {char(13) & char(10)} in a couple of our fields.   
Query adjusted to remove carriage return and re-uploaded. 

Problem solved.
