Hi,
I can't get the product images to appear on the iPad. I've been setting up the system for a couple of months now, with many interruptions, and did have pictures appear on the iPad until the last set of updates, when I configured the Family codes.
All that appears is the "blank image" file, though the "Database Information" screen informs me I have 536 images. I have changed the "blank image" and the logo image file, which appear where they should, just not the product images.
The Cloud tells me we have 477 image files, whose descriptions are what they should be (e.g. A004.jpg for code A004.) I've reduced the uploaded file to four codes, and in each line I've written the corresponding file name in the same line of the standard Products.csv template (i.e. A004.jpg in Field 48, headed "PhotoRef"). I've tried switching to GIF format before returning to JPG, in both cases using a 768x768 pixel grid.
Other than this, I've found the set up to be very straightforward. What could I be doing wrong?
Thanks

The PhotoRef field should contain the file name (excluding the file extension) of the image you wish to associate your product with. It is intended for use when you would like to associate a product with an image where the file name does not match the product code (e.g. to use the same image for multiple products). Since your images file names all relate to your product codes already, you can fix your issue by simply removing the codes you have put into your PhotoRef column in your Products CSV file. Alternatively you could remove the field mapping for the PhotoRef field if you won't be using it in the future.
On a separate note, we noticed you mentioned that your Database Information screen in Sales Presenter shows that you have 536 images, whereas your cloud account shows that you have only 477 image files making a difference of 59. The demo data contains 59 images, so it seems that you have downloaded your data on top of the demo data. To rectify this you will need to perform a Reset Database in the Download Manager -> Settings screen. You will then need to perform a Download from Cloud from the Download Manager screen to re-download your company data without the demo data.

Thanks!
I wasn't so concerned about the extra images, but really appreciate the simple trick of dropping the file extension!
