Support for the Blue Alligator applications

My first customer date is very slim with just name, address, City, State, and Zip. When I pull up a customer whe working with them, I want to be able to flesh out their information before going on the order process. I cannot seem to find a way to edit the customer at the point of selling them. Is there a way, or am I just missing it.

We haven't allowed a way to change the customer details from within Sales Presenter itself. If you were able to change the details in the app then these changes could potentially be overwritten with the cloud data the next time you perform a download.

If that is the case, what happens when I add a new customer from my iPad when working at a market? Will the new customer disappear after my next download? I really feel that it is very inefficient not to be able to make changes or corrections to a customer at the point of sale. Any chance this will be corrected?

A customer account created on the iPad won't disappear after a download as the the cloud is never aware of that account (it's only details of accounts managed via your back-office system that could potentially be overwritten on your iPad).
We are looking to add some account management features in a future update and the ability to edit some account information would form part of that development. Unfortunately we are unable to give any timescales for availability at this stage.
