Delivery address doesn't show up?

When I select a customer with a different delivery address from the invoice address, I now cannot get both addresses to show up on the order.

If I select the invoice address it shows the invoice address for delivery and invoice and if I select the delivery address, it shows the the delivery address for invoicing and delivery?

I have checked the numbers in the CSV file and they are simple, whole numbers (i.e. No decimal places)

Please can you advise if I am doing something incorrectly.
