Support for the Blue Alligator applications
You are not logged in.
Very new to this (2days) Must be missing something, I have reset database, uploaded a trial catalogue, customer account, short list of products, catalogue matrix and jpegs to match the product list I then download them to the IPad all of the buttons are still grey out except download manage. Can anyone suggest what I should do.

The other buttons become available once you have logged into Sales Presenter (using the login button in the top-left of the screen to select a sales rep and location). You will need to have uploaded at least one sales rep and location to your cloud account to do this.
