We've completed our investigation into this issue and have found that it is data-related.
There is a configuration option in your cloud account to specify a "Primary Address Number" for customer accounts. This is usually used to determine the main address for an account when working with multiple delivery addresses per account.
This value is set to 0 (zero), by default, and therefore Sales Presenter is assuming that an address number 0 exists for every customer account.
In your instance, you're working with an address number of 1. Therefore you should change the configuration option for the primary address number from 0 to 1 to match this.
Please note that after changing the primary address number in the configuration section of your cloud account you must force a full download on your iPad since the download process treats primary addresses slightly differently when storing them in the local database on the iPad.
After performing the above, using the email option should no longer jump out of the app.
