I download orders from my cloud in CSV format but I do not understand the meaning of some fileds in the files.
1) Where can I find the mapping for the downloaded orders in CSV file?
2) Is there a way I can set up the mapping for the orders download according to my needs (i.e. including barcodes)?

The information you require can be found in the BlueAlligatorCloudWebServiceReference document available in the Downloads section of the website: http://www.bacapps.co.uk/downloads.php
The format in which the order appears in the CSV file and the fields that are retrieved can't be changed.
