Application Update

Recently you advised of updates and tweeks you have planned for Sales Presenter.  I have not seen any come through from Apple...and I am still unable to update my data on the ipad. I tried to download, however customers remained as they were 4 or 5 days ago.( even tho I had uploaded new customers 4 or 5 days ago   -  that didn't adjust then).  I replaced my customers in the cloud with the demonstration customers.  When I downloaded a few minutes later, I could see it was adjusting the customers.  After completing this download, I found I had the demonstration customers...plus all of my customers that I had installed last week. All mixed in together.  The CSV file in the cloud was only the demonstration customers ...about 34.  I have over 700.  I have since deleted all CSV files in the cloud.....then uploaded new  adjusted files....then processed files and downloaded them to the ipad.  Nothing has changed .  Still old customers and old catalogues etc. I am fairly sure however, that earlier, after changing the customers file to the demonstration file..processing it and downloading it etc, that it did adjust the customers on my ipad.  I could see this happening.  This was within the last hour or so.  Seems that the time zone issue allowed this to happen.  However won't let me replace old data on the ipad (by uploading and installing/downloading new files).
I will leave data as is... and in around 6 hours, complete a "forced download"
I think it is adding new information....but not removing old.

Application updates take on average a week to appear on the AppStore after they've been submitted to Apple for their approval.

Version 1.0.4, which addresses the timezone issue, was submitted on 24th August (see the following topic http://www.bacapps.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?id=26) so we anticipate it being available to download in the next couple of days.

Version 1.0.4 is now available in the AppStore.

In your instance you should use the "Reset Database" option in the settings section of the download manager screen prior to performing your first download with this version - this will ensure that you're getting a new "clean start" (since we had to correct some errors in your cloud storage area caused by your original problem).
