Uploading new data

Dear sir/madam
I have installed this programe today and I'm trying to upload my own database on clouds but when I update it says update submission is ok but when I want to download in my iPad nothing happens and I don't see anything.
Please could you tell me how I can upload it and what is the process?
Thank you,

Re: Uploading new data

Check out our "Getting started with your data" guide on the downloads page.

There are a number of steps that need to be followed carefully to prepare your cloud account to work with your data. The guide walks you through these steps.

The setup process may seem complex at first glance but it's a one-off exercise and gives the greatest flexibility - you're telling your cloud account how to work with the data being extracted from your back-office system rather than being forced to change the structure of your extracts to suit our app.

Re: Uploading new data

I Have The App Running Ok. Its Great By The Way. Question. Updating My Stock Lists - If I Create A New Csv Stock File For Upload That Only Has The Product Code (as A Key) And Stock On Hand Quantity -  And My Description And Other Fields ( Eg Extended Descriptions) Are Left Out  - Will It Upload The 2 Fields Only And Not Overwrite And  Blank Out The Fields That Have No Data - I Am Trying To Take A Shortcut In The Data Prep And Trying To Avoid Have To Rekey All The Extended Descriptions Everytime I Do An Update On The Stock

Re: Uploading new data

A new upload of your product file will replace the entire contents of the previous upload. Therefore, any fields which aren't included in the new upload will disappear.

We can certainly look at ways around this issue but, unfortunately, at the moment you would have to include the extended descriptions each time you upload the file.
