Can't Change Catalogues

I've made a (minor) change to our Catalogue list.
Now, when i open "Product Catalogues", I see the default catalogue, but when I select the Catalogue buton, the App crashes and I'm thrown out of SP.  Can anyone see what i've done to break it?

I seem to have removed this error by uploading an older version of my csv file, not sure what was different about the newer version but will have to leave as is for now

The file you uploaded earlier contained an extra column with the heading "Cat C". This column appeared before the "Extended" column and therefore made your field mappings go out of sync. When adding new columns, we advise that you add them to the end of the file so as not to disrupt your current field mappings.
