When setting up a new account is it possible to disable some of the fields? EG Discount code, default discount plus others.
Offline
In the Order Entry section of your cloud configuration you will find the following option:
"Tick this box if you want to be able to set a default discount when creating a new customer"
By default this option is ticked.
The default discount field will also be disabled for reps that have the ProhibitDiscountOverride field set to TRUE in the Reps CSV file. At present the default discount field is the only field on the New Customer screen that can be disabled via configuration.

Is there plans to change this? Seems to be a contradiction not being able to use a default discount, but you can apply a discount code when creating a new customer.
Not really happy with our sales agents being able to choose pricing streams. Also what are the Primary and secondary price lists? They seem to be currency codes??

The default discount and discount code options are entirely different. The default discount allows the user to manually enter any value up to and including 100%, whereas the discount code sets the customer up with a valid discount/pricing structure according to the data you upload to your cloud. This is the same with price streams. Orders taken in Sales Presenter for new customers are automatically put on hold in X~Suite to give your office the chance to inspect the options set by the rep for the customer before it can be processed.

The primary and secondary price lists are the lists of product prices that are considered for a customer in preference to the standard product prices (Sales Presenter looks for a product on the primary price list first, then the secondary price list before working with the standard product price). Your price lists are displayed exactly as they have been set up in X~Suite.
