Further to my previous post regarding upated data not being downloaded to a rep's ipad, i have rest the database and now cannot download any info whatsoever.
Rep has an impotrant meeting in an hour and no data to show. Please advise what is wrong urgently.

By using the Simple Setup option you have deleted all your cloud data, file and field mappings.
You will need to set your cloud account up again.

i have set up the cloud account and sorted it all out. i have one ipad which still has the history and i would very much like to retain the history.
Is there a way to do this?

To download the data from your cloud without removing existing orders from the device simply perform a normal Download from Cloud.
Please note that failing to perform a Reset Database in this instance may cause some out of date data to remain on the device.
