One of our users has suggested that perhaps a feature could be built into SP that you could send bulk emails to all the contacts in your SP database - i.e. for example to alert customers to a special offer etc
I don't know if that is feasbile, but just an idea

Sales Presenter was designed as a rep ordering and catalogue tool rather than for customer relationship management. Emails of this nature should be handled by your back-office system.
