Support for the Blue Alligator applications

Can you confirm if this would be possible.
We have 8 different discount bands (1,2,3,4,5,A,B,C) and off of this various customers get various discounts.
product 1 (Band 1)normal terms are: 30% but some customers get 35% or 37% off of this.
Product 2 (band 3)normal terms are 20% but some customers get 25% or 28% off of this.
Product 3 (band 4)normal terms are 0% but some customers get 10% off of this
Is there a way we can set up the mapping to achieve this? I have had a look through it but thus far cannot find the way to do it so it becomes automatic.
Any guidance you can give would be much appreciated.
