I want to create a second catalogue for a different range of products. I have put the catalogue name in the Catalogues file, and also filled in the Catalogue/Products file, and uploaded them and processed.
The catalogue doesn't appear on the Catalogues button as available, even though it offers that catalogue as an option to show first in the configuration menu. If chosen no products appear.
If, on the i pad, I clear the catalogues, the new catalogue family codes appear, and the products are there. What am I doing wrong?

In your Catalogue/Product Matrix CSV file you have populated the ProductCode field with product descriptions rather than product codes for your "PHILIPPI" catalogue.
