Orders on Cloud

In the orders section of the Cloud for one of our agents it is showing the incorrect rep code. On Sales Presenter it is incorrect. In X-Suite it is correct. On the PDF in the Cloud it is correct. Can this be explained?

In the Order Acknowledgement section of your cloud configuration there is the following setting:
"By default, the Sales Rep details printed on the order acknowledgement are of the Sales Rep who raised the order. Tick this box if you wish to print the details of the Sales Rep that is assigned to the customer account instead."

You currently have this option ticked.

There is also a setting in XSuite to determine whether the rep should be picked up from the order or the customer account. This must be set to pick up the rep from the customer account.
