Support for the Blue Alligator applications

I have 6 images that are not automatically uploading to the Cloud. I have tried putting 84-2494-A.jpg & 84-2494-1.jpg but neither are uploading automatically. What am i doing wrong?

An image will only be uploaded automatically by the X~Suite or CloudSync windows applications if it doesn't already exist on your cloud account, or if the modified time or size of the image has changed since it was last uploaded.
In this case I can see that both images ("84-2494-A.jpg" and "84-2494-1.jpg") actually exist in your cloud account.
If you are hoping to see these images as additional images for a product, you currently have your separator for additional images set to an underscore in your cloud configuration therefore you should upload the image with the filename of "84-2494_1.jpg".
