File changes

Hey guys

Our csv files don't appear to be taken via Cloudsync. We made some changes to the products file (updated the pricing), but Cloudsync doesn't seem to be pulling the new files through. We've set the upload directory to the correct path, and I logged onto the server in question to watch them process. But the old prices remain.

What could be the likely cause of this issue?

Since this seems to be an issue with the CloudSync windows application rather than with Sales Presenter or the cloud, I have forwarded your details and explanation of the problem onto our service desk who should be in contact with you shortly.
