Hi,
I am testing the Opticon OPN2002 barcode scanner with Sales Presenter. I have the devices paired and am able to see the product when I click into the search field on the order entry screen and scan my barcode, however when I try this in Rapid entry it does not find the product. Do I need to set something up for the scanner to work in rapid entry?

In the order entry screen, a partial match (of the product code, barcode and description) is performed on the search criteria.
In rapid entry mode, an exact match is performed on the product code and barcode fields. It sounds like the barcode/s you're scanning do not contain the exact data held in either the product code or barcode fields (the easiest way to see the barcode vale held against a product is to add it as one of the fields displayed on the product detail screen).
