When i preview the order before emailing it there is always our general email address in the "cc" field. Can this be changed to be something else or be deleted?

This is the email address that you have configured in your cloud account for use with order acknowledgements. This is shown in the CC field when preparing an email so that, by default, this address receives a copy of each email being sent. You can simply remove the address from the CC field if desired.

Is it picking up the address from the "your email address" in order acknowledgement configuration?
