I have been downloading and processing csv orders without a problem. Seems that the format has changed and an additional number of fields has been added to the header record. Unable to find any reference to the new format.

There are some new fields that have been added to the end of the CSV format - we're in the process of documenting the changes. Any fields that we add are always added to the end of the record so as not to disrupt any existing field sequence in the record.
The new fields have also been added to the XML format.
