Hello,
The demonstrator is working fine, but when i want to go with my own material and log with my username and password ( which is working fine on the cloud ), it is not recognise, then cannot download from the cloud. The're must be one small detail that eludes me..thanks

The username and passcode that you need to enter in Sales Presenter are separate from your cloud login and password.
Details of the username and passcode you need to use are shown in the home screen of your cloud account. Check out step 9 of the Getting started with your data guide in the downloads section of this site for more information.
