Support for the Blue Alligator applications

Our web access seems ok today (and i can access this forum), but I have been experiencing problems uploading and processing files since about 10:30 today. I'm now getting timeout errors when attempting to log on to The Cloud. Are there problems at Blue Alligator's end today, or is it me?

I spoke too soon earlier. The problems seem to be continuing and I'm getting reports from the Sales Force that they're unable to upload orders at the moment (or to do a data download).

We've had a couple of performance related issues a short while ago. The service should be running ok now and we're monitoring it.

We are placing the cloud service into maintenance mode while we perform some tests. During this time users will be unable to access the service. Apologies for any inconvenience caused but we are working to get the service up and running again as soon as we can.

Movement between various pages (such as image file maintenance) is painful and uploading of individual, small, csv files is taking a lot longer than normal. Is there something untowards again today?

After sorting out the issue with the web server we've been experiencing some unrelated issues with the internet connection (it's been one of those weeks!).
This has been temporarily fixed but we need to point the www.bacapps.co.uk domain to a different IP address for a permanent fix. We want to do this ASAP so we're planning to make the change at 10am (BST) tomorrow (Friday 26th). After this time, the website will appear offline for some users until the change has propagated to DNS servers that their internet connection use. In our experience this has been fairly rapid (sometimes under an hour) but the general guideline is that it can take anything up to 24 hours for the propagation to complete.
We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this causes but there should be a noticable improvement in the connection speed once the change has taken place.
