Our rep Kumar has complained about the time it takes with SP with IPOD connectivity compared to existing system PDASales.
He has requested the folowing 3 fields, similar to PDASales, where we can type in either field, instead of Drop Down List

Give an option to keep or remove "Discount field" for each customer.

I'm not sure that having three quantity input fields (only two were in PDASales) is going to be significantly quicker than the two taps it takes to change the entry unit for an order line
However, our service desk has been in communication with you over a proposal to be able to set a default quantity entry unit, optionally, for each customer rather than just having a system-wide setting. I believe this is the correct way forward to provide a solution that eliminates those two taps for the majority of your order-taking.
