hi
what effect does 'refresh modified time' have on images.
i had a couple of images which would not sync with the prod ref no matter what i did. clicked refresh modified time and next download they were there but duplicated even though the list of images in 'manage files. only has them once.
there are also another couple of images (fashionista_a & fashionista_b) which dont seem to be marrying up either. have treated these in the same way as other products/images loaded at same time that have gone on fine. thought maybe the quality of the image but is jpeg anyway.
might try deleting the products (only 5 lines) and images and starting afresh and see if it makes any difference unless you can see anything obvious.
cheers
paul

Whenever the Download from cloud option is run on the iPad, one of the things it does is to download any images from the cloud account that have a timestamp of later than the last time this particular iPad performed a download.
By refreshing the timestamp on an image in the cloud account, this will force all iPads to download that image again the next a download is performed.
Each image file will only appear on the iPad once (since downloading it a second or subsequent time will simply overwrite the existing file). If an image is appearing duplicated for a product then this means that there are two or more images on the iPad (with different filenames) for that product.
You currently have 686 images in your cloud account. Check the Database Information screen within the download manager in Sales Presenter to see if this displays the same number of images on the iPad. If they're different then this may start shedding some light onto things.
As far as I can see, the fashionista_a and fashionista_b image files look fine in the cloud so you shouldn't need to delete them (or the products).
