When creating a new customer on the iPad we cannot change default currency, this option is inactive. We can only create new accounts with default currency set in cloud configuration. Accounts imported from back office system are correct. How can we set currency on new account other than default currency?

Do you mean currencies.csv file? We don't have Comprehensive Pricing module so we cannot import this file as far as I know. Is there any way to type this code manually when creating new account?

There's no way to type in a currency code when setting up a new customer account - it needs to be selected from a list of predefined currencies.
