Should the process files date show when done via CloudSync-dates shown on last proces are on our last manual update not on the daily update
Also not receiving process files e-mail on auto update?
Offline
The timestamp shown on the home page of the cloud account shows the time the process files process last finished running (whether performed manually or automatically).
I've looked through our logging and can see that an email has been sent out each time it has been performed automatically, but the process hasn't been running on a daily basis.
For March, the process has been run against your cloud account on the following times:
2013-03-04 10:22:22 Manually performed
2013-03-07 12:36:44 Manually performed
2013-03-07 13:42:21 Automatically performed - notification email sent out
2013-03-07 13:47:25 Automatically performed - notification email sent out
2013-03-07 13:48:30 Automatically performed - notification email sent out
2013-03-11 09:09:17 Automatically performed - notification email sent out

Not sure if the auto process is via CloudSync schedule or the upload & process utility
The upload and process task is set to run 8.30pm daily-should the process happen on a regular time soon after that?
Offline
The CloudSync application doesn't have a schedule. If it's set up to run at each night then I imagine this will be through your Windows scheduler (part of Windows itself). It sounds like this isn't running as expected.
Offline
Yes it is via task scheduler-setup looks ok but did not run last night-will check again tomorrow
