Can you remind me how to access sales rep user name + pass code

The username and passcode are shown on the main page when you log into your cloud account. You also have the ability to change these if you wish.

I am in the process of refreshing / changing all the data on the app. I have uploaded all CSV files and images and have downloaded them on an ipad.
When I try to login on the ipad I get the following message:
"There are no Sales Reps set up in your database. You must have uploaded data for at least one sales rep to you Blue Alligator cloud account & downloaded this to your device before you can login"
I have uploaded a Reps.csv file with 2 fields (code & name), mapped the fields and processed all data. Does the error message refer to something else I should have done?

It looks like you've mapped your reps.csv file against the Standard Narrative file mapping instead of against the Reps file.
To remedy this, delete the reps.csv file from your cloud account (via the Manage Files option) then move the file mapping from the Standard Narrative file to the Reps file before uploading the file again, then setting up its field mappings.
