Unable to amend order

One of my colleagues is not able to amend an order. We are only using the app as a stand alone system without back office integration.

When he goes into the Order History screen and selects the order in question, he is only presented with the following options:

Preview - View - Hold - Copy - Delete

I on the other hand have the following:

Preview - Amend - View - Hold - Copy - Delete

Is my colleague doing something wrong is is the issue in settings?

An order cannot be amended once it has been uploaded/exported to the cloud by the user.  Looking at the order details further up the screen you'll see the order status is set to exported, meaning the Upload Orders option in the download manager screen has been used.

You would need to use the Copy option to make a copy of the exported order then amend that instead.
