2 Clouds

I've been using my first cloud fine, and wanted to add a second cloud for my second company (I'm an agent) I've loaded all the data and pics ok, authorised the I Pad and downloaded, but this has just replaced the first company with the second. I need both, what do I do?

Re: 2 Clouds

To manage two or more companies you want to make use of the Companies option on the main Sales Presenter screen.

More details and screenshots relating to working with multiple companies can be found in the following topic: http://www.bacapps.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?id=159

Re: 2 Clouds

So I got my 2nd company going, and now I'm on my third. Yet again it won't accept my login info when I try to download the new company from the cloud, and this time I've done all the mapping first. Any ideas?

Re: 2 Clouds

If you're getting the message "Unknown user name or pass code" when attempting to download in SP from a cloud account then this means that the username and passcode that you'e entered in the settings screen in SP don't match the details in your cloud account (shown on the first screen when you log into your cloud account).

Re: 2 Clouds

But they are identical! I've re-typed them on the cloud and the pad, at least a dozen times!

Re: 2 Clouds

I'm a bit confused as to what you're typing in and where. There isn't anywhere in the cloud where you type in your current username and pass code. Are you sure you're not typing in your cloud login and password on the iPad by mistake?
