Uploading

Hi,

I've set up my first company and it's all working fine. I've registered for a new cloud for a second company (I'm an agent), uploaded the images with no problem, but when I started to try and upload the data files it keeps saying that there is an unknown symbol etc. For the reps file, I was actually uploading the same file as the first company. I checked and that file uploads in the original company still, without any problems.

Is there a setting somewhere which I've got wrong?

The error message you're probably getting is Unknown type of file or filename contains invalid symbols.

If you're trying to upload the same files as you've used on your first cloud account then we can rule out there being invalid symbols in the filename.

It sounds more like the file mappings haven't been set up on your second cloud account so the upload process is unable to determine which type of file (e.g. rep, location, product, etc...) you're trying to upload. Therefore it gets rejected as an unknown type of file.
