Registering for a cloud account

There have been a couple of instances in the last few days where users have registered for cloud accounts using an incorrectly formatted email address (such as typing a space or comma in the middle of the address). This meant that the cloud account was being created but the user would never receive the welcome email containing their temporary password.

The registration process now checks that the email address you have entered is in a valid format before creating the account. Note: this does not necessarily mean that it is actually a valid address. Please doublecheck all the details you have entered on the page before submitting your registration.
