In Reports when creating the order summary report is there the possibility of adding drop down options for each field to make it easier to use?

Yes, this is something we can take a look at for the rep and date fields. We probably wouldn't look at doing this for the customer account or product code fields due to the potential high number of entries that could exist in a cloud account.

Agree. Maybe a calender for the dates and a drop list for the reps.

I'm try to change the date in the order summary report, when I change the from date and hit reset it just goes back to the current date?

When hitting the Reset button is will reset the date back to what it was to start with. When changing the date you will have to select the date you want and tap outside of the selection box

when I run order summary report it doesn't show all orders for all reps, one rep only has one order showing, there should be 12.  Can you let me know what I might be doing wrong

The order summary report will only be detailing orders that have been taken on that specific device. It is possible to also report on order information that is uploaded to your cloud account as Order History data - if you would like information on how to do this, let us know and we'll send you the relevant details.

If you are finding that the report is not showing details of all orders that you have taken on your device, you may need to adjust the parameters that you are running the report with (the order type or the ranges of dates/customers/reps for example). Please note that if you wish to run the report without filtering to a range of customers for instance, that you leave the From Customer and To Customer options blank.
