For existing x-suite users, have you written a set of sql queries, which can then be exported as csv files ?

Users of X~Suite (our specialist Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), complete back office, stock control, order processing and accounting system) can upload the files that are generated via the "extract to handhelds" option in X~Suite.
These files are usually pipe-delimited by default (rather than comma-delimited) so you would need to configure the delimiter accordingly in the file mappings page within your cloud account.
