Support for the Blue Alligator applications
You are not logged in.
During the last update the catalogues for one of my companies 'Paper Projects' disapeared. Now when i open up the app and log on as that company all of the products appear.
This hasn't happened for any of my other companies. I manage the dat for all of them so have done nothing different.
Any ideas? I've tried uploading the product data again and also the catalogues cvs.

Unfortunately, due to a bug introduced in version 1.1.8, SP doesn't show product codes that contain a "full stop" character in them when you select a catalogue or family code filter.
We submitted an update to Apple last week which addresses this and it should be available in the App Store shortly. Please see the following topic for more information on what is included in the latest update:

Has this happened again? I've just updated the range for one of my companies and the catalogues have disappeared.

I've taken a quick look at the CSV files you've uploaded today and they appear to have some issues.
The catalogue code and product code columns in your CatalogueProductsrav13.csv file don't match the field mappings set up (looks like they've been swapped over, so SP will be treating the catalogue code as the product code and vice-versa).
Also, the catalogue codes would need to match the codes in your Catalogues13.csv file exactly (for example, you're referencing a code of "CHILDREN'S PUZZLES" in one file but "Childrens Puzzles" in the other).
