Version 1.5.1 - currently awaiting Apple approval

Enhancements:

- New-look front screen design.

- Ability to add/delete delivery addresses for customers (with functionality in your cloud account to approve/reject any changes).

- Country field has been added to the delivery addresses. You can provide a lookup of countries by uploading a Countries CSV file to your cloud account.

- Can now show available order values and volumes calculated using the available stock figure during order entry (configurable via your cloud account).

General fixes:

- You can now have more than one product exclusion record per rep.

- Copying an order between accounts (where the original address number doesn't exist on the new account) no longer causes the new order to become a multi-delivery address order.

- Order analysis fields now show up on the order header screen if you've set an order type in the Order Analysis Codes CSV file upload but have configured your cloud account to use order settings for all order types.

iPhone/iPod touch specific fixes:

- "Unlock order" password no longer prompted for when exiting product enquiry.

- Rep password now prompted for correctly during the login process.

- Pressing the "Lines" button no longer causes the app to exit when running under iOS 9.

Other changes:

- Groundwork laid for working with order acknowledgement templates that have been designed in your cloud account.

- Minimum iOS requirement is now 8.2.

The first download of your data performed with this version may take a little longer than normal (all customer account records will be refreshed due to the addition of the country field on delivery addresses).

Version 1.5.2 - currently awaiting Apple approval

A maintenance release containing two fixes:

1. Critical update for users with a large volume of data who are experiencing app startup issues in version 1.5.1

2. Fixes cosmetic issues that arose in version 1.5.1, relating to the viewing of existing orders taken in earlier versions for customer accounts that are still marked as "new" on the device:

- The customer name now appears correctly on the order history screen.
- The order summary report no longer shows the customer account as "unknown".
- The order(s) now appear correctly in the history section of the customer enquiry screen.

Version 1.5.3 - currently awaiting Apple approval

- Large text fields on the order acknowledgement (such as special instructions, extended product descriptions and footer notes) are now wrapped correctly when spanning multiple lines in iOS 9

- Minimum system requirement is now iOS 8.4

Version 1.5.4 - currently awaiting Apple approval

Enhancements:

- Invoice address number to be used on the order acknowledgement can now be set on a customer-by-customer basis (configured via your cloud account).

iPad specific fixes:

- Corrects an issue where the product details moved off the top of the screen when using some brands of Bluetooth barcode scanner during rapid entry mode.

- The app no longer returns to the home screen if you accidentally double-tap an entry in a family code or catalogue list.

iPhone/iPod touch specific fixes:

- The rep and location are now stored correctly on an order taken on the iPhone version when rep passwords are not in use.

Other changes:

- Minor cosmetic tweaks.

Version 1.5.5 - currently awaiting Apple approval

General enhancements:

- Decimal quantities. If configured in your cloud account, the user can now use decimal values when working with quantities. This can be useful if you're ordering products by weight.

- Products can now be sequenced by up to three fields (and in ascending or descending order) when not using product display sequences within a catalogue (configurable via your cloud account).

- Works with customer-specific catalogues that have been set up on your cloud account.

- Dutch translation now available.

iPad-specific enhancements:

- Rep Notes feature. A new Notes section is now available on the Customer Enquiry screen. The customer notes have moved from the Balances/Info section to this one. The user can now record their own notes against a customer. These notes can either be categorised as private (accessible only by the current user) or public (accessible by other users) and they're uploaded to the cloud and downloaded to other devices as users synchronise their devices.

- The Balances/Info section of the Customer Enquiry screen can now display all 20 customer user-defined fields, if configured in your cloud account.

- Merchandising feature. If you've set up a merchandising catalogue (by supplying quantities against the products in your catalogue/product matrix file uploaded to your cloud account) then you can now enter counted quantities during order entry and the actual ordered quantity is calculated for you (you are also able to override this calculation on a product by product basis).

- Catalogue styling. The height and width of the various indicators on a product thumbnail (such as previously ordered, backordered, bookmarked) can now be altered on the cloud when working with alternate images for the indicators.

- Product detail screen. The order entry section of this screen is now larger when you're not using linked products (this allows the first order line analysis field, if configured, to appear on the screen without the need to swipe the order entry section up the screen).

Other tweaks/fixes:

- The country code and sales tax groups are now set to the defaults (configured in your cloud account) when creating a new customer.

- The price stream is now stored correctly when creating a new customer.

- Orders can now be copied to new addresses on customer accounts (single delivery address orders only).

- The initialising screen that is shown as the app starts up is now also shown when switching between companies. This should prevent users from thinking that the app has locked up if the process takes time to complete (for example, when switching to a company for the first time after installing a new version of the app).

- Filter tree entries are now shown in the display sequence specified in the CSV file uploaded to your cloud account. Within a display sequence, entries are shown in description order.

- Minor cosmetic tweaks.

Version 1.5.6 - currently awaiting Apple approval

iPad-specific enhancements:

- The user can now toggle between viewing "ordered" and "not ordered" products during order entry by holding their finger down on the "Show All/Ordered/Bookmarks/Rapid Entry" section at the bottom of the screen.

- A "Repeat Last Entry" option has been added to the rapid entry screen which, when switched on, records the last product scanned/entered and subsequent presses of "Enter" repeat the entry of that product.

- A button has been added to the bottom-left of the rapid entry keyboard which allows you to toggle between the normal keyboard layout and a numeric layout This is useful if your product codes are purely numeric-based.

- For performance reasons, the maximum number of linked products shown on the product detail screen is now capped at 40.

- The title bar at the top of the screen now indicates when you're merchandising during order entry (including when in rapid entry mode).

- An option has been added to the merchandising quantity entry keypad to allow you to flag a product for deletion from the catalogue. Flagging a product simply allows the system to alert the back-office that the product can be deleted from the catalogue. No deletion physically takes place by the app.

- The background colours of the order lines on the rapid entry screen can now be re-configured via your cloud account to help highlight merchandising products that have been added, put on hold or flagged for deletion.

Version 1.5.7 - currently awaiting Apple approval

- Zero quantity order lines can now be excluded from the order acknowledgement when using merchandising

- Performance improvement when generating catalogue/family code lookups when working with sales rep restrictions

Version 1.5.8 - currently awaiting Apple approval

Enhancements:

- Order summary report - you can now filter and sub-total the report by location. Please ensure you have mapped the location field (or provided a default) for historical orders if you wish to include them in the report

- Order summary report - when showing details of historical orders, the back-office order number is now shown instead of the internal order number generated by the app

- The margin for an order (suitably encoded) can be displayed with the other totals in the bottom-left of the screen during order entry

- Ability to work with any additional order acknowledgement templates that have been designed in the cloud account

Bug fixes/tweaks:

- Order line merchandising values now carried across to the new order when copying an order

- You can now complete an order (on the order header screen) that has a zero ordered quantity. The order must have at least one line on it and allows you to record existing merchandising stock levels in the situation where no additional stock is required by the customer

- You can now switch photos on or off on the order acknowledgement preview screen on the iPhone version

- Order header screen - the fields no longer disappear off the top of the screen when exiting order entry while the search box / on screen keyboard is active

- The account code field can be protected during the creation of a new customer (configurable via your cloud account)

- Minor cosmetic tweaks

Version 1.5.9 - currently awaiting Apple approval

- Order entry - the geo-tagging of orders is now timestamped

Version 1.6.0 - currently awaiting Apple approval

- Order entry - fixed an issue with the local sales figure not being tracked correctly when working with linked products

- Order entry - discounts specified in the customer/product discount matrix can now be additional discounts (to be added to the default customer/order discount) rather than replacement discounts (configurable via your Blue Alligator cloud account)

- Download manager - the system now automatically performs an incremental download immediately after an initial (or full) download of data has been performed

Version 1.6.1 - currently awaiting Apple approval

General enhancements:

- Order entry - break quantities on the customer/product discount matrix now work as decimal values.

- Further database synchronisation performance improvements when running on an iOS10 device. The first download of your data performed with this version may take longer than normal depending on the amount of historical order data in your cloud account.

- You can no longer paste a large amount of text into an input field that would cause it to go over the configured maximum length.

iPad-specific enhancements:

- Order entry - an enhanced batch mode is now available during rapid entry. This is enabled via your cloud account and allows bluetooth barcode scanners to work reliably when used in batch mode on older devices.

- A new options screen is now accessible by tapping the title bar during product enquiry. This allows you to select the currency and price list/s (if configured) to be used to determine the prices that are shown. 

- Order summary report - some option settings are now saved between reports.

- Backorder summary report - options added to the filter screen to allow stock status and product images to be shown on the report. Some option settings are now saved between reports.

Version 1.6.2 - currently awaiting Apple approval

A minor release that addresses an issue that arose in the previous version which prevented the minimum price warning (if configured) from being shown during Order Entry.
