Is there anyway that the quotaion print can be customised-at the moment it looks like standard order with quotation header-eg our sign off line says "Thank you for your order..........."

It isn't possible to customise it to look any different to an order acknowledgement at the moment. This is one of the things on our development wishlist but as yet we don't have any timescale regarding its availability.
