Support for the Blue Alligator applications

One of our users is being chucked out of SP in two scenarios:
- Going into preview and then trying to email the order to customer
- Uploading the orders to the Cloud
They are using an iPad 2. They downloaded from the cloaud this morning. They have closed all Apps running in the background. I have got them to swithch off the iPad as well and the problems still persist.
Please help as they cannot do anything with the orders that they are taking.

Follow the steps in the topic to determine if it's just a rogue order/s that is causing the crash.

I got the user to put that order on hold and do another order and try and upload that one. This did work. I then got them to delete that order and didnt have any problem with that unlike the other person.
