Where can we change the new customer code set up? right now it has an 11 digit number that has no relevance to our business. How can we get it to display our customers in alphabetical order with a customer code that is based on the name.

Ok I sorted the first part of this in the excel customer file upload, by copying the name into the code box. But the alpahbetical part still needs an answer, will sales presenter automatically sort them ?

When adding a new customer on the iPad, the 11 digit number that is generated, based on the current date and time, for the account code is only a default. If you know the account code you wish to use for the customer then you can overwrite the default code as desired.
When displaying a list of accounts they are shown in account code sequence.

How can you go back and ammend this number after the account has been created. Also, it looks like the only field that can be changed once the account has been created is the company name. What happens if the buyer changes or one of the other fields needs updating or changing. I am using Sales Presenter Pro Edition V 1.1.8
Thanks

While you can overtype the company name field in the delivery address details section of the screen any change you make to this field won't take effect. This field was recently added to the screen and an oversight means that you can tap inside it (popping up the keyboard) when you shouldn't be able to. This is being corrected in the next update.
