Security - giving the password and ID to reps

If i give the password and login ID to my reps, arent i effectively giving them access to my cloud settings? is there another way i can give them a login Id and password that only allows them to download new files and upload orders, without giving them access to the cloud settings

Please refer to step 9 of the Getting started with your data guide. You do not give the login/password details for your cloud account to your reps.
