A number of my sales reps on our national sales force now have iPads and more are getting them. What is required to get them a license so I can add them to my system so they can share my companies information? They would only need the app as they would not be adding information, just getting my product, customer, and other information.

Any number of iPads can be associated with a single cloud account.
The steps for adding an iPad to a cloud account are:
1. The rep downloads and installs Sales Presenter from the Apple App Store.
2. You (as the cloud account administrator) provide the rep with the user name and pass code details for your cloud account (these can be found on your cloud account home page - note: you do not provide the rep with your cloud account login and password details).
3. The rep enters the user name and pass code in the Download Manager->Settings screen in Sales Presenter then performs a Download from Cloud. They will be informed that their iPad needs to be authorised in the cloud account.
4. Once the rep has performed step 3 you will see (in your cloud account home page) their iPad appear in the list of iPads associated with your account. Use the Authorise option against that iPad and the rep now has full use of the system. If at any time you wish to disable an iPad (if it gets lost/stolen etc) you can disable that iPad from this screen.
5. The rep is now able to perform uploads and downloads at any time.
