You are not logged in.
If I change the unit, in the product details. I expected the + - buttons to increment the selected unit.
Currently I change from pieces to cartons. +- buttons increments Pieces only

The default behaviour of the buttons is to increment/decrement the selected unit.
It sounds like you've ticked the configuration setting (in the Order Entry configuration section) that tells these buttons to adjust the quantity by the OrdMultiple value specified for a product instead (the OrdMultiple value is always in the pieces unit).

Thanks, that makes sense. Although I have some items I want ordMultiple. And the rest inc selected unit
